Auto-renewal Service Agreement

1. Service Description

The auto-renewal service refers to the service where, on the premise that you have activated the membership service, to avoid the expiration of the membership service due to negligence or other reasons without timely renewal, the platform will automatically deduct the membership fee for the next cycle from your account according to the authorization you made when activating the service when the membership validity period is about to expire.

2. Subscription Cycle and Price

• 1. The subscription cycles include: continuous monthly subscription and continuous annual subscription (subject to the display on the actual selection page).
• 2. The subscription price shall be subject to the published price on the activation page. In case of price adjustment, a public notice shall be issued in accordance with the law in advance.

3. Deduction Rules

• 1. The system will automatically deduct the fee for the next cycle from your payment account within 24 hours before the expiration of each subscription cycle.
• 2. After the successful deduction, the membership validity period will be automatically extended by one subscription cycle.
• 3. In case of deduction failure, the platform may attempt to deduct the fee again before the membership expires.
• 4. If the deduction fails and the renewal is not completed successfully, the membership service will be automatically terminated at the end of the current cycle.

4. Methods to Cancel Auto-renewal

You may cancel the auto-renewal service before the end of the current subscription cycle. After cancellation, no fee will be deducted for the next cycle, and the rights and interests of the current cycle will not be affected.

• If activated via the Apple App Store: Open "Settings" on your iPhone → Apple ID → "Subscriptions" → select this app → Cancel Subscription.
• If activated via in-platform payment: Enter the App → "My" → "Subscription Page" → "Auto-renewal Management" → Cancel Auto-renewal.

If the subscription is not cancelled at least 24 hours before expiration, it shall be deemed that you agree to continue authorizing the automatic fee deduction.

5. Refund Rules

• 1. After the successful auto-renewal deduction, the deducted fee shall not be refunded in principle (unless otherwise stipulated by law).
• 2. In case of problems caused by non-user reasons such as system anomalies or repeated deductions, the platform will handle the refund in accordance with the law.
• 3. Refunds for payments made via the Apple App Store or Android app stores shall be applied for in accordance with the rules of the corresponding platform.

6. Service Change, Suspension or Termination

• 1. If the auto-renewal rules need to be changed due to changes in laws and regulations or business adjustments, the platform will issue a public notice in advance.
• 2. If you violate the User Service Agreement, the platform has the right to suspend or terminate the service.
• 3. The platform has the right to adjust the relevant rules in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulatory requirements.

7. Effectiveness of the Agreement

Your click on the button "Activate Auto-renewal and Agree to the Agreement" indicates that you have read and agreed to all the contents of this Agreement.

This Agreement shall take effect on the date you click to confirm.
